Health’s Affirmations

It may be difficult to hear what you are doing wrong all the time, so this week I’ve compiled healthy affirmations that you can use to encourage the things that are working for you.  This week give yourself credit and a big pat on the back for the little successes;)

I am not defined by the foods I eat, but my relationship with it.

I choose the healthy choices for ME.

Progress doesn’t happen over night.

I eat to nourish my body, not to comfort it.

I believe I can make a change.

I deserve to be the best I can.

I choose to be HEALTHY.

I can change my eating habits if I change my attitude about food.
